Alap came ten minutes before schedule, studied all the multitude of feline excrement; coffee and dirt stains, gave me an exact quote and time estimate. We agreed that due to the age and severity of the stains I would need to upgrade to the deluxe cleaning and May I recommend this as - WOW. What an absolute gem. Alap was not only polite and friendly but I have never seen such hard work be performed by any tradesman or contractor ever before. By the end of the two hours- he had worked up quite a sweat and, as I surveyed his work, I was so completely impressed I actually felt bad about the small amount he quoted me in comparison to the fine work he accomplished. Stains that had been on this 40 YEARS OLD carpet since I had first moved in were nowhere to be seen. Like I wrote before I have been raving about my carpets to all my friends and have to thank you thank you thank you for the lovely Alap and his absolute fantastic carpet cleaning skills.
